You know that it is essential to clear our Plarium Play cache regularly, to be able to have a smooth game and to get our hard-earned items, but most of the players avoid it because it will disconnect their alts., or it will lead us to put the security code again.                                                                                                      Jim Gilchrist gave us another option to clear our cache, and he assured us that it won't disconnect your alts. So, please follow my screenshots steps and Jim Gilchrist's advice.                                                  1. ensure you have logged in to all your alts the day you wish to clean your cache.                                                                               

 2. reset your cache as follows (not total refresh)on the right side of the page click 'show log file' and do not click 'reset cache'.click on cache again.                                                                                           

      3. You now have a full list of daily cache from Plarium. Highlight all files EXCEPT today and yesterday.                                         

    4. Delete them. Your passwords and logins for all your alts and/or main account are saved and not deleted.                                        

      By the way, I have no alts, but I followed Jim's advice and the game didn't ask me to add the security code after I cleared my cache. Thank you, Jim Gilchrist. It is so touching when you see players who do care and share their knowledge with others.  😍
