Thank you all for your input, so I understood why the players have no key for their divine coffers, as the game stated that the divine coffers come along with their keys. The point is the key isn't a divine key, but it is a master universal key, meaning that it can open other general chests as well. It seems that the players spend it to open their lower value general coffers, without knowing it. I didn't know it either. So,  It is better to check the key before you click to open any Gerneral's coffer and always open your divine coffer first of all 😉
