*instant grain level 10 = 48000 

*instant timber level 10= 38000

*instant defense troops level 10 = 22 archers

Advanced

*phylarch point boost level 5 = 50%

*construction boost level 5 = 25%

Edit: I also have the 6th slot for agreement signing.

Presumably, everyone else is also selecting skills along these lines: 4x training speed and 2x other. For me, it's agreement and skill signing speed in peacetime and City Defense plus either Off. or Def. bonus in wartime.

Are you using the phylarch grain production boost along with grain reduction boosts like the one below?
