I last received a lvl.210 Persian Payout in September 2019. Since then, I've lost 400 million+ troops and received 30-35 million back.

I've never received a lvl.210 payout - it is ALWAYS a lvl. 80-100 payout, then nothing for 5-8 hits, then again a lvl. 80-100 payout....

I´m sorry to hear you didn´t get a good return still from Xerxes. 

I´m not a PP specialist, but they work well to me. 

There are a lot of strategies out there, you have to test different and follow the method that works for you. I hardly meet two players applying the same strategy on Persians. Even the best ones have their own tips. 

One thing that I can advise you is, as the last player told you just up here, is never to bet all in Xerxes. According to my experience, PP helps you grow, but global development and (mainly) a good strategy from your team, are the keys. 

Make some research about different ways of doing Persians and start again, you will find the way soon. And you don´t have to buy anything, PP helps everybody in this game, once you find the way!

There is no lvl.220 Persian Position ffor me, the highest is lvl. 210.

I've hit my 98th lvl. 210 Persian today, it gave me 216 Mac cavalry. I then hit a lvl. 75 with this 216 Mac cavalry, and voila, my "Payout" arrives in the form of 622 Spartan Promachus. 

Like I've said earlier, it's been 7 months (September 2019) since I received a lvl. 210 Payout. It is ALWAYS lvl. 75 - 110 that gives the payouts.

Anyways, I've gotten sick of Plarium's Chinese-inspired greed. Was a decent game while it lasted, but ever since the gambling company took over Plarium, they see their players as cash cows and milking vans.

Ever noticed how that "Bounce Back To Your Feet" offer literally pops up when you hit a lvl. 210 and get nothing from it?
