I've recently been getting more into Sparta: War of Empires and realised how easy it is to waste resources early on.
Looking back, what's the one mistake you made as a beginner that you'd tell every new player to avoid?
Was it upgrading the wrong buildings, spending resources too quickly, choosing the wrong troops, or something else?

A common beginner mistake is building a huge army too early. It feels like the fastest way to get stronger, but it usually ends up draining your resources, and those troops can disappear quickly in a few bad attacks or because you don’t have the economy to support them. I think it’s better to learn the combat mechanics, focus on research and city development, and build a solid defensive foundation first. Once your economy is stable, expanding your army becomes much easier and far more efficient.
