Regarding your suggestion, even tho it is very interesting, I must remind you that it was officially posted that the developers have a slower pace of development right now. If they are ready to accept new suggestions, they will announce it formally. In the meantime, you can use your excessive javs to defend a city or an emporium when there is a  PVP tournament, so you will get the horses you want as the PVP tournament reward. Good luck.
