If your account doesn’t show the Overlord tournament, it usually means the event isn’t active in your region, your account isn’t eligible yet, or there’s a temporary sync issue. Make sure your game is updated and check the official event calendar; if it’s still missing, reach out to support for clarification.

Hello Archon. Sorry for the late reply. Usually, when we don't have a tournament or event, it's because we have a lot of unclaimed tournaments, and the next tournament doesn't have a free space to appear, or we need to reset our Plarium Play cache. Of course, we start with just refreshing the game, even if we just log into the game. In such cases, the Support cannot do anything about it, unless you don't have any tournaments at all.
