Unfortunately, there isn't an official tab  for the coins we get from each level, but in my own experience as a player, it is better to keep only one well-protected level 5 pantheon which gives 20 coins. If you keep more level 5 pantheons, doesn't mean that you will get double coins. A player from another Plarium game showed me that his team kept 29 level 5 pantheons and got only 58 coins, so I don't think that it was worth the losses. Another friend told me that the level 1 pantheon gives 1 coin, but his coalition couldn't repel the xerxes, as they kept a lot of level 1 pantheons, so they lost everything. Plus, the team has to have high discipline to keep so many 5-level pantheons as the leaders cannot check if someone will get other pantheons of level 1  as well, so the team won't be able to repel all the attacks and will lose the coins. Every attack to a level 5 pantheon gives 30k  of orichalcum during the invasion event, so the team has to be ready to spend it. I wish you a happy and fruitful game.
