Hello lilovok . Yes, the VIP players can get more rewards in some tournaments, but they have to do double points to receive the extra rewards. Frankly, no one knows what are the requirements of the VIP program which sent the VIP invitations. It seems that no one can interfere in this program. I do play for 8 years on server2, and I'm not a VIP yet. Regarding the bans, it is the Forum filters that ban the players for unknown reasons I'm a moderator, but I was banned 2 times lol. I will ask the manager what is the usual procedure to open your Plarium Play chat

Hello Robert. I'm sorry for your losses. We have to read carefully the description of each agreement. This agreement says clearly WHEN activated you will lose FEWER units when you are attacked with assassins. If someone has the chance agreement fully upgraded, you have a 30% chance this 100% to be activated, but it is only for your own units plus it says that it decreases the losses. Of course, you have to have out of acropolis enough mamertines to cover your units. More mamartines, means more protection. You are always free to submit a ticket to the Support and ask them to check the battle.🙂
