Hello! I've already answered this question in one of the topics.
We have an automatic selection system in the game. This system is working according to a special algorithm and I don't know all the details about the conditions required for becoming a VIP club member.
I know for sure, that that system chooses only very active, top players in the game.Wrong...the system chooses spenders 90% of time regardless of how much time they actually are in the game. There may
be some "token"others just to make us think its fair. Anyway, its tiresome to hear there is some secret algorithm for this or persia.
The fact is, you must have a secret algorithm for mistreating customers, because its working well

thats nto true and i can show you numbers (as i have done many times to my vip agent) of vip players with really low stats that are vip members while top players (not spenders, i say top players in all matters, are ignored) most vips are inactive anyway or alter accounts of many that left game....
In the recent past the vip selection process was not automated - we have a vip member that were gifted vip status because they were seen helping new players in both forums, and in coalition chat ... (not a spender at all, but was amazing helpful to the rest of the coalition)
VIP members are able to suggest or recommend other players for vip status ... this does not guarantee an account will get status, but if you suggest a helpful team player that logs daily, participates in tourneys, and places well in weekly tourneys to your vip agent, he can look into the account that was suggested ... this does not feel very automated or random to me.

VIP status is based on maximum spending level not total spending... for example a player spending money on $49 packs 4 to 5 times will get VIP status while a player spending $9.90 on packs 10 times a week for 6 months will not get VIP status. The logic behind the selection is C R A P but that's how Plarium sees it.
I am not sure if this is accurate ... most the vip members i know purchase the 10.00 packs on a very regular basis, but rarely purchase the more expensive packs ... if there was a very very good pack and we purchased it, we tend to not buy anything at all until the price drops back to 10.00.
