Ana, these accounts are created by players who use different kinds of programs for bots' creation.

Neither Plarium's employees nor Plariums developers, coders have nothing to do with it.

As for report to the Support team, you can just send them the cords of one City and tell that there are many of them next to this one.

The Support team has a separate procedure of dealing with such accounts. 

We just don't check them via Forum reports.

IP address can be easily changed and I don't know whether he is from Ukraine or not.

Note Ukraine is not so small as one can think and even if Master is from Ukraine, it doesn't mean at all he has anything to do with the Plarium.

i did not say ip adress, i mean the address of the website and the company records ;-) but it is ok :)

it was not a conspiracy theory, actually i think it is as matter of stadistics that used to say a couple of years ago that 95% of the times that someone offers a hack in a game or an extra, that someone is an ex worker of that game company lol i dont find the article, it was quite interesting, i read when i was playing a game of inmogames, before my time here.

Anyway, dont worry for the comment :) is not important, the important part is to get the spam filter working properly :)

Interesting theory indeed! It's logical that those who worked in the company know very well how to hack the system. 

But we have a very good security team who works on preventing such cases :)

but is not them is hundreds of them in minutes alina.... and lately is every two weeks, before it took a month in between
