The ability to have two Sparta windows open in the web browser concurrently is paramount for players w multiple accounts. Absent this feature the game becomes far to time consuming.

Are you referring to Plarium Play app ?
Well, unless you're on the FB servers, the Plarium policies don't prohibit the use of multiple accounts in the game by a same player but the necessary is done to make these interactions more difficult.
I highly doubt that devs will accept your functionality.
Unless I miss something, it cannot be considered a bug, I move your subject to "Game Discussion".

Bill is right. Though we don't prohibit running several accounts, we make everything possible to restrict their activity.
Starting with the opportunity to open several tabs in one window finishing with different in-game limits.
