to be able to enter a coalition there are 2 ways:

- that the embassy is open

- at the invitation of a player of that coalition.

If the embassy is open any player can enter from level 5.

Only if it is by invitation does that minimum level apply, in your case 75, which is configured. That is, you can only invite players with a level higher than 75

Well you only want players of level higher than 75, the only solution is to close the embassy and send invitations to those players.

the system allows any player with a level higher than 5 to enter, to avoid that you have to close the embassy.

Hegemon of coalition has to close academy.

Misotisa you're right, sorry for my mistake.

You enter the embassy and close the academy, you can only do that you are the hegemon.
