I completed about a dozen upgrades to lvl3 and got "reward claimed" confirmations - no sketeches

No. Rewards from Chronos quest do not go to storage, they are being be added directly to sketches balance. If Mullenz is not getting them in sketches balance then he has a bug.Ddid you check your ''storage'' Archon?

You need to upgrade Equipment of Class II. Only in this case, the Quest will be completed.
We will include this information to the Quest's description in the upcoming update.

Don't you see the "quest completed" screen, Alina? The point is he and had been deprived on multiple occasions of the sketches after completing the quests.
After he complained, he got 40 sketches yesterday. But prior to that, he was robbed of the 10000 - 13000 pieces worth of sketches - about 500. I lost about the same, but it didn't start giving n\me sketches yet. Obviously, Plaeium takes no responsibility, as usual, right?
