it's not just a bug that the other player has too many browsers to spy on the ones you sent, those scouts you killed are the only ones you can see and those 5 venator killed them.
When we try an incursion and we fail of the enemy nothing else we see the troop that we killed not the total of what it has.

Agree with Rix and Elias, I don't see any bug here Archon. Your opponent have much more scouts there, I would say maybe around 80. Personally I scout cities with pol.assassins instead of scouts. On that way I kill opponents army for sure and i can see what he have(not literally of course).

In a failed attempt, you only see what you kill & nothing beyond that .
