There was a small update. 

I will not go into details but in short, the devs have decided to hide the quests that the player will not be able to finish. Unfortunately, this hasn't been announced.

This is not considered a bug, I move to the thread "Game Discussion".

Non entrerò nei dettagli ma in breve, gli sviluppatori hanno deciso di nascondere le missioni che il giocatore non sarà in grado di completare. Sfortunatamente, questo non è stato annunciato.
