your agreement lvl works only for your troops,agreements lvl of troops of player you are sending def in,have nothing to do with your troops.

same as champs,your champs give power to your troops,not to troops of other players

it was something i heard two years ago when i was still playing , during when we used to conduct HUGS , in the sense send defence troops to one member's city as a trap , 

that time they always used to make sure the member to whom we all send defence too has his agreements to its max , when asked why , it was said if we send troops to a member who has low level agreements then automatically our troops under perform and adapt to his agreements level while they are in his city , it sound funny , but two years later right now , i wanted to confirm if it were true , not that we conduct HUGS , but just incase , need to confirm before i pass on any information to other players ,

The troop of each player has the same value where this and only that player feeds and applies the bonus.

That you do not see well the value of the troop that is in your city and it is not yours does not mean that you can improve it or you can not eat it.

Only in the attacks of coa or in the walls the troop champion can be complemented (a player sends only champion and is covered with the troop of the other players).

Friend when I wrote here in Spain was at night and towards good weather ;)

I will try to be clear: the troop of each player only has the value of its owner no matter where he is and only he can apply bonuses on his troop.

It's no use sending level 5 swordsmen to a player who has them at level 32, those swordsmen who receive reinforcements do not tickle while theirs destroy everything.

Can you also verify that the City Defense Bonus is .01% for every CDB you have? So if I have a CDB of 28,827  my bonus is 288.27% of my base troop value for troops stricly in my city
