hey , i would like to report a bug , basically now if you send reinforcements to a member's city , its icon shows as if your sending a siege , not reinforcements , https://prnt.sc/ijkpsi
on the right of that screenshot is an actual siege , and on the left its actually sending reinforcements but its appearing as a siege , when i hoover my mouse over it , it shows nothing ,

okay so now it has been working just fine ,
i think yesterday it was acting wierd ,
basically the screenshot you posted above shows reinforcements for you , but for me when i was sending reinforcements to members , it appeared as if am sending a siege , but now it working fine ,
