The special offers button (Right side of screen) which gave access to special Drachma discounts like Artisan, Units, Boosts, Chests etc. has vanished.  It used to go away temporarily after taking advantage of an offer so its not that noticeable.

Before it disappeared completely it stopped giving certain offers, for example the fortification discount that used to be very popular and the decor discount.
