I have started my own coalition. I would like to have some new players join my coalition. Why aren't I getting any players through the Academy. Or how do I get players through the Academy.
Your assistance is appreciated.

I'm unsure what you mean. The academy offers study courses the help you increase certain unit parameters such as training speed, it is in no way designed to solicit for coalition members.

Ah, ic.You mean coalition academy when players join colition as scholars.. You need to activate option to have academy which you will find in Settings of your coalition.

Before, It's normal to get 3 random players to join every month, sometimes more. But nobody joined our coalition for the past 3 months. It only means fewer and fewer new players are entering the game.
