Special Condition: Steps during tutorial

Step 1: Choose the "Equip Your General" Tutorial then click the More button.

Step 2: Read and follow the instructions, then click the Start button.

Step 3: Open the General window by clicking on the General Icon in the top left corner.

Outcome: The General equipment is shown but you equipment items cannot be chosen, clicked or even dragged.

What should have happened: The Equipment item should be chosen and that the Equip button is visible.
