Since you updated program with Sanctum of Ares feature, every few minutes I am getting this message:
This occurs in App and in both browsers I use (Chrome and Edge).
It is happening again and again and again
same here.
and after reload the reports are often missing and you have to reload again.
Excuse me for an obvious question, but did you clear cache in both browsers and Plarium Play? I checked your account on the 1st server and didn't receive this error message.
Here it is a quick instruction on how you can reset cache in Plarium Play.

Problem went away - I thought P had fixed it.
Nope! Now that Acolyte event has started it is back.
Yes I have cleared cache in both browsers and in app.

nancy when you tested, did you tested in a real server like the ones players use or a special one? how long and what exactily did you do or not do to not find that?
I see that message hundred times per day, as an active player, i have perfect internet conexion by ethernet of 600 and no, no netflix at the same time ... and to be sincere other games, DO NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM and when they have problems support don't throw balls away (blaming always customers), they sort the problem, GOT for example has a great support team.
I do wonder why I bother trying to help Plarium but here goes one last time.
