your second screenshot shows they have been claimed
to use them you need to go to your items tab
and then you can apply them apart from the 7 day conquest order, to use that you have to go to the warlords tab
there on the left (where mine says extend as I have one currently running) you can click to apply them

a veces el juego se atasca cuando es la primera vez, alguien dira que siempre, pero con paciencia y algun reinicio lo reconoce y pasa a la siguiente despues de pagarteHola
Ya intenté el reinicio pero no sirvió de nada. Hoy, con el cambio de día, he vuelto a entrar en el juego y tampoco me ha contabilizado la acción y sigo sin la recompensa y sin poder progresar más allá y tampoco puedo recibir misiones nuevas que, según me han comentado otros jugadores, me son necesarias para el nuevo torneo del SANTUARIO DE ARES que se está celebrando ahora mismo
