es raro estar tanto tiempo sin entrar en el top 100, para poder mirarlo se necesita que nos digas tu identidad en el juego.

Donde encontrarla si no lo conoces ? en la guia del juego, mirate la imagen que adjunto.

I have exactly the same problem. For so long they do not count my entries to top 100 and it is stuck in 96. Today only I passed top 100 in 2 tournaments (top 10 actually). Please fix this or tell me asap how to proceed.

By the way, I have also checked that it is not grading me my free rewards of gratitude everyday.

I hope they solve it on monday because I am in top 100 or top10 or top 3 in all tourneys always and I just don't get my rewards.

Archons, first of all, I would like to let you know that the description of this achievement wasn't completely correct. It should have sounded as 'Get ranking rewards in any solo tournament xx times', and we have already changed it in order not to confuse our players. 

Secondly, the most important part is that you receive points to this achievement only when you end up among the winners of a particular tournament. Some tournaments have only 20 winning places, the others have 50, 75, 250, and so on. You can check the set number of places for a particular tournament by having visited the last page of the Ranking tab of this tournament. 

If you are one of the winners but haven't received a point to your achievement, feel free to contact our technical support. It would be a plus if you could send us not only a screenshot of a message from Leonidas but also screenshots of the number of points you had before a tournament for this achievement and the number of points that you have after the end of it.

Regarding the issue you faced, we will double-check it and fix it if we find a bug there.  Thanks for bringing this to our attention. 

Thank you Nancy. Yes I can also confirm that it is fixed. I saw the count was finally moved but not as should in all tournaments. But now I see your explication and it is clear. It is what I thought the last couple of days actually but as you said the description says top 100 on all solo tourneys so...

Anyway thank you very much and I hope we won't have to bother you again with this one. I personally need 2 more for this one so I guess today or tomorrow it will be over lol. Can't wait for my rewards :)
