I run 3 cities.

1 city in the app, I in chrome and the 3rd in Edge.

Yesterday morning I had a great deal of difficulty in accessing game through both browsers, even though doing the normal procedures of refreshing, clearing cache, re-logging on. Game would load to 80% and then time out. I raised a ticket.

After best part of an hour, I was able to access game.

This morning is worse, both browser display show no sign of loading whatsoever and displays a black screen with 
Plarium/Community/News/Plarium Play launcher banner.

After logging off, normal logon does not work at all.

In discussion with my COA many members are experiencing same issue.

What is going on?
