Archon,  I understand your frustration, but the rules are to keep the game's balance in order, with no exception, even for the mods. It is not a punishment, it is what the companies do when they find out that the account IP is changed, or uses a 3rt party program. It is all written in the ingame guide. All the players are obligated to follow the rules, which is what we agreed to follow when we started the game for the first time, and this is as long as we play the game. It is not real estate, so we cannot sell or give it up to others because it is not ours to do so. We just use a company's pixels. I repeat, it is not only Plarium's rule but all the companies' rules for their games.                                                                                                                                              Archon,   1 ticket is enough, as a second ticket will be considered as a new case. The Support Team replies in 1-5 working days. Please check your email, if you got the automatic reply from the support saying that they received your ticket, etc. If you cannot find it, check your email spam folders. If the automatic reply isn't there, unfortunately, you didn't submit the ticket correctly.                                                                                         Please check my sceenshot to understand what I'm asking you to find out.
