have 2 different instances of infirmary not allowing revival of javs lost in attacks on my city

latest attacks resulted in 10384 javs being killed , with only 108 in infirmary for free revival and only 1000 total being in infirmary for paid revival.

Plarium says i should have 30% for free and 70% total...1000 is not 70% of 10000...and 108 is about 1% of 10000

sent 3 messages with screen shots to help desk over past 3 days and no response...the pvp given for those above losses was about 400 total, so 

something is really wrong in plarium  over 2 diff battles lost 15k javs and got back 200 free...and only 2900 show up in total in inf to pay for

issue first noticed 2 days ago when I lost 5000+ javs and got 106 back free

It is hard to tell which reply goes to which problem because the responders can't seem to summarize the problem correctly, but my best guess right now is ticket number 1324338....and ticket 1327586....both of which asked for my city location, when I specifically sent them screen shots with that info...it looks like they are just stalling, delaying admitting they have a bug

funny, on ticket 1327586 someperson without any brains sent me a response that this error has something to do with game play mechanics.

You must have messed up the bug reports...this has nothing to do with game play......your website details that 70% of losses from attacks on my city will go to the hospital, and up to 30% will go to the inf for free revival if the inf is at a certain lvl...my inf allows 30% free revival...it allowed that for all the troops killed EXCEPT the 10000 javs, which only rec'd about 1% revival..in addition, only about 10% actually went to the hospital for revival with dracmas...there is a bug...this is not gameplay mechanics....please read your web site before you send me another inane answer

To sum up, the feature of adding Units for free revival works correctly and you did receive 30% of your losses (and Javelineers in particular) for free restoration.
