Let's remember them. the player has  to  reach 60  city level, has to win the   40  lever of  Persian  positions,  sign the Stymphalos agreement to 5 level, sign the Cirta agreement , and sign the Sparta agreement for the Agema. If you completed all these but still cannot open your Elysian City, you have to contact the support . If you fill the ticket right, you will receive an automatic reply from the Support to your email. The Support replies in 1-5 working days, ONLY via our email, and under their automatic reply. If you got the automatic reply but didn't receive any reply from the agents, please give me the number of your ticket.

No, I've definitely met all the requirements.  I've found the automatic reply (thanks for sending me to look for that), and have done all the steps suggested.  Still not loading ... 

But, let's give the agents a few days to reply.

I went through lots of careful steps to get my last reply ready for them, as requested.  I have resent this to them, rather than spend more of my time creating a new request, delaying again for a response, etc.
