420, I have been locked out of plarium for almost 5 hours now. It loads to 99%

That is locked out on all servers and I have many cities to finish the moonquest yet

yes this is for everyone its crazy im mostly s2 player but do play s3 and i cant get back to 2, lot of rewards being missed by people at a critical time for moon quests. assume must be a aerious problem and im sure will be a gift but doubt it will match missing out on completing the moon quests.

Plarium needs to stop doing their updates just before or at the end of these events.  can not finish the moonquests,  can not get the boon fest finished, can nt do the warlord event, and can not do the pantheon event, I have been stuck in limbo for hours because I switched to go to another server. just to discover others are in limbo also.      there should be the replacement of server option put back on the app page for the option to go to another server.  you use to have one,  but decided to take it away.  I am not happy gamer.  and I can spend my cion else where

still the same , i play on all 3 servers and i can not login because my account is stuck on server 3

same here.... we are waiting plarium...

Almost a whole day not possible to login on S3. Impressive the way Plarium communicates problems.

As for the other players involved, too, I'm sorry you've experienced this inconvenience. Therefore, as a token of appreciation for your patience and understanding, your compensation gift is already waiting for you in the game. 

Perhaps the issue would not be so bad if we were allowed to choose which server we log into on startup rather than automatically logging in to the last server you played on..

I understand you, Archon. This temporary issue affected all PP servers, so it's unlikely that it would have made a difference. At the moment, we do not have such a technical possibility to choose a server when launching the game, but thank you for your comment! 🤗

I really dont think the gift makes up at all for the inabilty to play. the problem on plarium play was when you switched to s3 you couldnt get past 99% and no way back to s2. wasnt fixed for 18 hours at that time i was at work. i think 18 hours in limbo while others could play deserves a better gift/compensation. moon quests missed out on and troops killed because couldnt move. for very little.

thankyou for the reply daria, indeed these things happen i work in i.t as well not the end of the world of course but i think mentioned in another thread could of looked at extending the moon quest another day maybe? i appreciate whats done is done just for future maybe look into that.

big fan of this game just frustating when it goes wrong like that and a month tourney is cut short a day. im sure you know missing just 1 moon quest has a huge impact on overall rewards.

Hello Hades, as a player, I totally understand you, but it is not possible for the team to extend the time of any tournament or event, so we should take the points we need in time. I know that the players are frustrated when a problem breaks in, I can assure you that I'm frustrated too, but it is a game of pixels, so there are a lot of reasons that something can go wrong. It is not in the Plarium's intentions to make us angry. I'm glad that you are a big fan of the game, we all are, as even after so many problems that popped up, we are still here and play  the game we love.😍 

Many people on server 3 can not log in as the game only loads to 99%.
