Hello. Regarding the messages for bans, are from the game filters that are there to detect the bots programs that some players use to run their city instead of them. Of course, it doesn't mean that all the players who got this ban use bots programs, but they do a lot of clicks in a single minute. So, maybe you have to do fewer clicks in a single minute. Unfortunately, every time the player gets a ban, the time of the ban might be increased. As a player-to-player, my advice is to unplug the energy plug of your router for 5 minutes and plug it in again, in hope that you won't receive so long bans. Of course, you can always contact the Plarium's Support team for those bans.
