Just returned home, logged in and was raiding seiges (mine) when I recieved a pop-up that showed my IP was banned from the game for using "unauthorized tools"?
Could/would an Admin please check and tell me why? What are "unauthorized tools"? I just logged in and started to play!
Please help.

It's a system problem, even some moderators suffered from it once, that repeats cyclically and they are not able to cure 😇.
