I can no longer access my account.

Since January 10 I can no longer access my account.


I performed the procedure for > changing Password< but after entering the new Password I do not receive the "Access Code" by E-Mail


I sent two reminder mails to Support but to date I have not received any response from Plarium.


I emphasize that I have been in the game since September 2016 and have a city of Lvl.126

Look in Spam, there are times when our email (even though we have already given the system permission for Plarium Play to make modifications) does not understand that it is an email we are expecting. 


Mira en Spam, hay veces que nuestro correo ( a pesar de que ya dimos permiso al sistema para que Plarium Play realizase modificaciones) no entiende que es un correo que esperamos.

You can go to the log in page and choose the forgot password option and just enter your email address and then you can recreate a new password.

inactive for 32 days

to revive your city

Did you use a valid email? Another option is to search for your authentication code in the spam section - maybe it got lost there.
