I can no longer access my account.

Since January 10 I can no longer access my account.


I performed the procedure for > changing Password< but after entering the new Password I do not receive the "Access Code" by E-Mail


I sent two reminder mails to Support but to date I have not received any response from Plarium.


I emphasize that I have been in the game since September 2016 and have a city of Lvl.126

Hi Maka,

You can go to the log in page and choose the forgot password option and just enter your email address and then you can recreate a new password.

Your city has now been 

inactive for 32 days

from the day you did the password recovery procedure

and you have not received any email


all this because the two-factor authentication system does not work

give you a present for valentine's day

to revive your city

that with great love for this game you have been developing for more than 6 years

finally ... I would like to ask the community manager Daria

if you can send a suggestion to the developers

so whoever has two-factor authentication turned on

disable it ... at least until they fix the system


in this way, situations such as the one Makallikus is undergoing could be avoided

Did you use a valid email? Another option is to search for your authentication code in the spam section - maybe it got lost there.

yeah, apparently it didn't work


and apparently the support team is also aware of this issue

and they are working to resolve


apparently it didn't work two factor authentication

in the password recovery procedure


as the email with the access code numbers does not arrive

Hello MakaSparta. Sometimes the players have to submit a ticket to the Support, in order to get another password. Back in time, there was a problem with specific emails receiving the  2 FA code. Why not try to find out, if you stored your old password in your browser settings? Just type on your address bar, your browser and settings/ autofill, and you will find if you stored them. I will give you a screenshot, but my primary language is Greek, but I hope you will understand it.  Of course, you can always install the Plarium play again, and after the reinstallation, you can delete the old file from your PC. you have to report to plarium support that they have to cancel the two factor authentication and give me a new temporary password to enter the game ... it doesn't seem like a hard deal !!!

Hello MakaSparta. I'm really sorry that you cannot log into the game . Did you contact the Support Team? only the support agents can cancel the 2-factor authentication if you can verify that the city is yours. If you already contact the Support, I need the number of their autoreply.
