It sure takes a long time to get any results from Plarium. Not even an email or comment. 

Does anyone have any suggestions how to get this sorted out?

After numerous emails and posts i have not heard a peep from plarium. i know it's only two blacksmiths that i'm owed but i earned them and spent my money to help get them. Today i'm pretty disappointed with the lack of customer service. I spend $200 to $300 a month for the past 2 (and a bit) years. I never complain or post anything in poor taste. So, I've come to a decision. This get's resolved "SOON" and we're all good and, if it doesn't, I have better places to put my money. I get better service at the recycling depot. Not impressed ...

Another day and another "No Show" for anyone to contact me to sort out the missing blacksmiths. 

Still waiting for Plarium to look into this. Nothing yet.

as I said, I have flagged it with the support team for urgent review

my question again is where is technical agents, as i have not seen any answer of them for over 3 weeks and i think thats quite worrying

Please specify the exact dates when you earned those Blacksmiths. Also, I need your coordinates and the server where you play so I Could check the database.
