I am Hegemon, the coalition is a recent created one.

There are only two new members, scholars.

There are vacant lots for invitations up to 20.

Still cannot upgrade their roles, the interface response is : "Admission closed"

Please advise. as I cannot develop the team.

Archon, I apologize for the late reply.

I have checked your Coalition settings and found that access was closed. I have enabled the access and now you should be able to invite new members and upgrade the rank of the current ones.
