This is what the grain production looks like when you raise it to 25/25 

1k per hour so the math should be pretty simple 

I got all 6 of them like that and that would equal 6k per hour but it is only showing 3853 per hour

i been playing this for years now and never seen that menu

I'm playing on FB server. It was added recemtly and they will add it on .com serer too in next game update as far as I've heard. 

So.. as i can see your production is 3857, and your grain consumption is 3823..so in total if you had 0 troops your production would be 7680 p/h

6000 p/h from your farms and you get around 1680 p/h thanks to Agora, Hall of Xenia, General , Phylarch etc..
