Did you really have full price crossed , which would mean that there was second price (with discount) ?
Anyway, this is known issues, I've had this offer at least 9 times since start of this year and every time I complain to CM that it's really not fair and I get answer that devs will fix this but still nothing.DeletedTechnical Support

I have returned the Drachmas, which were mistakenly deducted by the Discount. This issue was already forwarded to developers and applies only to high-level Dominion activators beyond level 11.
