- Oil Derricks
- Munitions Factories
- Landing Zones

Storage Depots and Field Kitchens, on the other hand, can now be upgraded to Level 30.

Increasing a Building's Level will unlock Bonuses, though you will require Upgrade Designs to upgrade Buildings past a certain Level.
