We've made some fixes and improvements so you can enjoy a smoother experience:

- Black Market purchases fixed so you can now buy multiple discounted Packs at the same time
- The "By Rank" filter in the "Special Operatives" tab of the "Special Operatives" window tweaked so that when it is used, the Roster pane will stay on Special Operatives/Defectors whose Rank matches the filter, and will not auto-scroll to Special Operatives or Defectors who have their Ranks increased
