I do not like the team locations and will never do it again, I lost too much and now 3 people have complete it and the last one went to 28 and will not answer my messages, so the whole team is screwed, It is a waste of troops and time.  It is more of a team destruction not builder.  I am really thinking of just giving up this game.

You should introduce a tab where all the teams started by various Leaders are listed (also showing the Team name and perhaps implementing a search engine by Leader name or Team name).

In this way, by accessing this page, a player can choose which Team to join.

The Team leader can accept or decline the request to join his team.

In practice the opposite of how it is organized now ... The "active part" of the research of the group to join, must be carried out by the other 3 members, not by the Leader (who is not aware of who wants to join him and therefore, by inviting 3 other players randomly, he could put them in difficulty in having to decline his invite).

I prefer it to last a long time, so that the scores obtained by facing the ZHG Locations of this tournament can be combined with the scores of other events that follow one another over 13 days. 

In addition, it could happen to lose a few days at the beginning of the tournament, to be able to form the complete team (consisting of 4 members) ... 

Moreover one of the team members may have difficulty keeping up with the other teammates, falling behind in the execution of his part of the work (so, if the tournament ended too quickly, the other 3 members would also pay the consequences).

However I agree with you that if a group of players is not interested in spreading and sharing scores on other tournaments as well (over a 13 day period), but would rather complete all Areas right away, then they must be able to do it! (in fact, a user may have a commitment in real life and therefore prefers to complete all his part of the work immediately).

As I already suggested some time ago, in my opinion the possibility of exchanging / trading the "Elite Gears" between the various players should be introduced into the game (in the Logistics Exchange, as it already happens with the References or the Resources).

Obviously the exchange can only take place between "Elite Gears", so that an account cannot be enriched with free donations (in fact, to receive an "Elite Gear" from another player you must necessarily already own one and give it in exchange!). 

Therefore, in this way, no illicit enrichment of accounts is generated.

We started to play the New Location Team thing. Although it does promote cooperation of a small team, the reward is not worth it. I'm at Area 12. I had to kill (force) 1.6M and won 1.3M new units. So it is reducing the strength of your troops. Mayb Dev's @ Plarium could have a look at a more balanced reward system here. I'm not sure I'll continue

I and my Team decided to stop at "Area 13".

If you have reverted back to the original power of forces to take down these locations, why is it that different players in my team can not take down the same locations with the same amount of forces sent to each location.

If a team of 3 players has a hired gun in it does that team receive the same rewards  as a team of 4 players.

no clear instruction here again. buy a hired gun put him in your team and end up getting ripped off even more than the 4 man teams. 

Clearly cheating your paying customers again.

why are the prizes  for the location not clearly marked

Hi there -- You might see this when player are claiming rewards at different stages: when 3 players completed the area: you get 3/4 and then when the 4th player ends the area, you get another 1/4. So, difficult to keep track

Well... I don't see any difference. I believe the whole combine gave up on this new feature. You'll have to have a fresh look at it, I guess.

If you would allow to use the full unit strength of the player's troops (with all the boosters), the losses might be more acceptable. 

I have kept uncollected the units won in the "Team Locations" until now, waiting for the "Recruit Race" tournament to start (today) but they have not given me any points regarding this tournament ... hmmm 🤔 ... yet these are units won in ZHG Locations (which is one of the criteria by which points should be earned for this tournament).

The problem I have is half my team wants to quit and half want to keep going, wish there was a way to kick them out and adding an agent to finish.
