SYNDICATE HIGH PRIORITY MESSAGE

This week, we’ve fixed some bugs and made the following important update:

- Fixed COBRA Stimulant descriptions in the Medical Laboratory so they always display what unit type they affect
- Fixed the Resource Display in the Combine HQ so that large numbers no longer run off the page
- Fixed the Combine Chat filter settings window so it no longer displays text incorrectly when reopened
