The problem is with the app itself, there are many mistakes that happen with the program, varying from game to game.  It appears you do not do much troubleshooting, you appear to rely on the public to find all your problems for you.  Overall, the app is not much help, I have reported many glitches and there still are new ones that show up every time you mess with the server.

My Problem with the App is does not support all forms of Windows.I keep getting this Message & I am running Windows 7:

That's great! Happy to see that you have fun and enjoy the game. If you're logged on for 3 days, you need some serious help by the way. You might want to consider some fresh air, check up with your ophthalmologist and some mental help. Burn outs can kill you and when you're gone, you and Plarium lose. That's what they call a lose-lose situation.

is anyone else getting really peeved at how:

you are sending out special operatives to defuse flash points, and 1 returns to your base, so the selected operative "Automatically" switches to the one that just returned and you end up sending out the wrong operative to the wrong Lv. flashpoint?

because this happens WAY too much to be a coincidence. if the Devs could make it not do that anymore, it would really help, i mean who wants to sometimes, mistakenly send your operative to a mission thats either way to big or isnt big enough for that operative?

Whatever updates you did today is causing the app not to open at all. App freezes up my laptop regularly.

Same here ... since update today, app will not open.

Uninstalled everything and re-installed - still no go. Error 503

1) As mentioned above, it would be great to be able to scroll without having to move those tiny buttons on the right - pain in the butt

2) Also, cut down on the pop-up messages on the lower right of screen - they just slow the game down. I have disabled everything in Settings

3) Suggestion - Run a double speed server as an alternative. A faster game would definitely decrease boredom.

4) Finally, how about having an endpoint to the game, then a re-set and re-start for a new one. As it stands, this is a game with no end - very boring that there is no real goal other than to amass a large army.  Older players have a disproportionate advantage over newer players.

The Plarium Play App is not working ...

I'm losing the daily prizes released if you use the App (I can't even see what part of the prize I'm losing, because if I access the daily prizes screen with the browser, it comes out a tab that invites you to download the app, which tab overlaps with the list of awards that follow one another).
