I think collecting referrals is rather complicated than boring process. To me, it's much more valuable to achieve difficult goals through hard work. Yes, you should spend a lot of time in the game, log in every single day to discover a valuable Contract, but at the end when you achieve your goal, you'll proud for the work which had been done.

This is the specificity of hardcore strategy games. It's the place for long-term goals, strategic approach, and analytic thinking. Unfortunately, you can't just get all at once here. And that's the beauty of it!

there is no easy way to the finish line here mates, the only way to get to the higher level referrals is to log in and grind through them.
