I don't know if this is a bug or not, but my rations are counting down like a second hand on a clock...even with my boost in operation. Isn't it suppose to provide the necessary rations to stop the rapid use, or, at least slow it down? I cannot receive my ration allotment either as this is consuming my rations at an alarming rate.

Your troops consume your rations. If the consumption is higher than the production, your Rations balance won't be increasing. To receive Rations again you need to increase your Rations production or decrease the consumption with the appropriate items. Since this situation is a part of regular gameplay, I have moved your topic to Game Discussion thread.
