1. You know sometimes our Support guys get thousands of similar requests during the day. That's why some of their answers could be a little "robotic". Unfortunately, our Support specialists are not robots so they can't investigate an enormous number of requests at the same time. 

2. As for your case, no changes have been done in the mechanics. We would definitely inform players if such changes had been done.

3. As the level of your Locations grows, it takes more time and effort to receive a really big reward. That's why you should be more patient and pay attention to details when you hit ZHG Locations.  

4. The main purpose of Locations is a conversation of the Units. Your loses and your reward always will be approximately equal. On one period of time, you can see that you got fewer Units than expected, but on the other time, you can see a significant plus in the received Reward. 

5. Also, I don't suggest you attack different levels of the ZHG. Try to attack the same levels. By the way, to get profit from the ZHG, send the weak units to the battles to exchange them for stronger troops.

Some people don't like strategies as they seem to be so long and boring and we can see only boring reports instead of real battles etc. But on the other hand, there are millions of fans of strategies in the world, and we (developers, admins, moderators etc) are among them! 

i think and feel frustrated by S&D because i cannot understand the bank system, many friends have tried to explain it to me however i'm afraid my mind seems incapable to understand it, yes i spend some however the cost now does not cover the enjoyment. don't know if you would be willing to offer me help with this matter before i lose interest and give up my bases on all three servers.

The ZHG is an enemy force that is very difficult to fight and there is so much to do to stop it.

However, there are still some things to know :       

1- The ZHG operates on a bank with interest ;   

2- The units of the union are units not to send to the ZHG (personally I think it's wrong, I'm pretty sure they have value, but if I can avoid sending them I do) ;   

3- The units sent and lost to destroy the union's contracts do not count towards the repayment of the bank and the interest I mentioned in 1 ; 

4- You can find the main winnings (the big winnings you're proud of) and the intermediate winnings [the small winnings that are promised to you for sure (not terrible)] ; 

5- You must not send strategic units ;  

6- The ZHG is a force from which you have to create your own technique, although it will be closer to that of others. 

In the things to know that I quoted, I talked to you about main gain and intermediate gain.

But do you know what exactly it is ?

While this intermediate gain may seem high for some, know that compared to the level of ZHG, it is very low. I recover more on a level 68 than on a level 134.

It is therefore important to know how to make the difference Commander !

Well ! We come to our banking history and interests !   

The bank is what you see in the images above, it is the set of units won. You win another major gain when you have paid off your bank, which is to give back all of what you have earned at ZHG.   

But nothing is free! It is not enough to return his main gain to have another one ! That's why there are interests (they are annoying those). They are the ones who make the whole thing difficult. This is a value to take into account when your refund, they are 12.5% (some commanders take more or less). That is, you have to pay off not only your principal gain plus interest.

Either : MAIN GAIN + INTEREST 12.5 / 100 = TOTAL VALUE TO BE REFUNDED.

Normally you have to add 300 ... don't ask me why I do not know. But anyway, it will not change much.

But you will tell me ... how to calculate the main gain ...  Well, in the eyes of the ZHG, your units do not have a value in kilos or millions, but in resources. To build a unit of a type, I need a certain amount of resources in total. You have to sum each type resource to produce 1 unit.

Let : X of fuel + X of ammunition + X of rations = value X for 1 unit.

But nothing is ever guaranteed, it happens that despite all these refunds you do not win anything.

Two reasons : either you have not paid your bank enough, or you have won too many consecutive winnings before (you won while you do not fully repay your bank, it is a kind of poisoned gift). Or simply that the algorithms did not want to please you this time, but know that all the destroyed units are not forgotten.

It is at this point that you will gain intermediate earnings. It is better not to have too much because otherwise the interest of these small gains are added to your total bank, which can be very embarrassing.

I believe I have given a good foundation, you discover the rest.  Note that on facebook you will find a lot of private or public groups giving you tricks, tables making the calculation for you and many other things.

Many players use the automatic calculation method with the table but the majority don't know what happens during this calculation. But you know it now !

i know this is the wrong place to post but the ZHG conveys appeared only once on my radar, im talking the one where you defend them and you get unit as rewards, do i have to upgrade my radar in order for more to appear or do they just appear randomly?

Commander, are you talking about union contracts ?   

To unlock a contract you must before reaching a certain level of ZHG. For example, you must have a level 110 location to unlock the level 21 mission.   

The level of the radar determines its range, the bigger it is the more you will detect locations, depots and repositories.
