I've checked further down the quests list and it's not in there anywhere nor is it available in the Build menu. Any ideas?

I just got past the raid a base part. I didn't raid the right base.

It's a pretty strange case. I've never faced it before. Please try to complete other Quests(not a Raid Quest) and maybe you'll get the next one. 

And please let us know if the issue is resolved.
