Unfortunately you can't explain to paying customers why other paying customers receive free items, diamond deal bonuses and the option to freeze the Sick Bay for a longer period and other paying customers receive the big finger and the cold-shoulder or in other words: NOTHING

You're not responsible for this issue. You are the one who will need to try and explain this for eternal. Good luck with that and do keep in mind that the gamers community is feeling sorry for you. Correct me if I am wrong but I sense this is your first online game where you decided to stand up to assist the game community mamagers. This VIP so called program is creating conflict. That's no secret and absolutely nothing new in the gaming world. The only new side is how Plarium is trying to communicate this to gamers(to be continued).
