I have been completing ZHG missions in game but get really small payouts in comparison to that which I send in order to win. I am familiar with the bank method and presence charts, and up until now have had no problems in gaining fair payouts. 

For example, I completed a mission and gained a payout that amounted to 5,551,875. I then began to knock off missions to then pay back my debt. However I was granted a payout very early (at 5,077,718) that was nowhere near the amount I had used to complete the missions before hand (24 heavy support infantry and 4 heavy snipers) which is the equivalent of 91,520 in the bank.

I then tried another mission thinking it was a split payout but again got nowhere near the payout I should have. I have since tried many times (high and low) with payouts every time, and each time I lose offense as the reward does not exceed the sacrificed units.

This is very frustrating as I have never had any problems like this since beginning the game. This is an issue that needs to be addressed as I am beginning to lose interest in a game that seems to only suit heavy coiners. I myself have spent quite a lot of money on this game but am not about to spend my hard earned money buying back units I have already worked so hard to obtain in the first place be that through building, or ZHG payouts.

And just in case you were thinking about to giving me the whole it's all about how you play the game speech that I have read in many other comments like my own, I know how to play ZHG missions, and I know how to maximise the output by using the correct units for each individual mission. Personally I think that this game has been getting worse and worse over time in a bid to make money, which I understand. this is a business after all.

However ,If you desire faithful players who enjoy the game, spend money (or not) and actually keep this game alive you had better buck up your ideas and sort this (as well as many other poorly thought out changes that have occurred) out. I myself am beginning to feel like my money is wasted on this game and will happily take it else where in the future if these matters are not resolved.

 I understand that you may feel confused about this new Update. However, that's what our players have asked for a long time. They've asked us to make Locations pay out each time you hit them.

Now they do. But it doesn't mean that these small payouts are the only payouts you will ever receive. You will still get full payouts as soon as your Bank is filled enough.

So now you have:

1) Mini-payouts to make sure you will always have some Units to throw into the fight.

2) Big payouts which you will receive as usual.

I don't see any negative point here. And you?

so you are saying the bank system is still valid and your last bank still stands but until we fill the bank for our last big payout we will get these small payout , and these DO NOT  affect our bank

The new System Simlpy Doesnt Work,  S&D   was one of my favorate parts of the game i was just getting the hang of it (banking reseting Bank)

and reaping the rewards of building my base and army to the level i have only now to have to start again

bei allem marktwirtschaftlichem Verständnis bin ich doch entsetzt über Euren Umgang mit zahlenden Spielern: Mitten im Spiel einfach die Regeln massiv zu Ungunsten der Spieler bzw. zu Gunsten Eurer Bilanz zu ändern!

Meine heutige S+D-Runde habe ich mit rund 56 mio Defensiv-Truppenstärke gestartet und hatte nach 40 D-Missionen (30 + 10 gekaufte, von Level 5 bis 137) noch 39 mio übrig: http://prntscr.com/bkd6do Die von Euch mittlerweile bei jeder Mission gewährten (Mini-)Truppen-Gewinne sind somit auch in Summe im Verhältnis zu den auflaufenden Verlusten absolut lächerlich! Und die massenhaft gewährten Sonderausstattungs-Gegenstände sind einfach nur lästig.

Ähnliches habe ich bereits von mehreren Mitspielern gehört, die es "üble Abzocke" nennen! Möglicherweise / wahrscheinlich / sicherlich ist eine solche Vorgehensweise durch Eure AGB juristisch bestens abgesichert. Ob Ihr das allerdings moralisch gegenüber Euren zahlenden Spielern vertreten solltet, ist bei weitem nicht so sicher. Sicher ist jedenfalls, dass ich eine so geldgierige Vorgehensweise finanziell nicht unterstützen werde.

I have almost cleared my radar and got less back than I sent.

this game is comming to screaming halt

most of the players  replaniched there losses by doing missions

that is not possible anymore

so you cant attack anything because if you lose troops it wil take forever to make new ones

i know plarium is in this game to make money but this is ridiculous

To "test the waters", I sent 2M+ offense on a LvL 90 - - LOST ALL.

Did not even dent the 4 Bars of that Zhg base. It had 8865 Helicopters / 1163 Light Infantry / 7538 Heavy Infantry / 289 Armor. What the bajessus is that? I am no math guy - buts thats well over, oh I don't know..., way too friggen much defense value for a LvL 90 location?

Stop twerking and tweek this back to fair and FUN values. And why pull this damn azz stunt during your 7 year Celebration to your dedicated 250 Million players as stated in your written game update posts.Why in the middle of a 14 day event; during this 7 year Celebration, pull some crazy idea on us players. Bad, Bad, Bad.

This is really bad, if anyone else experiences this poor judgement on your part - enjoy your failure.

Plarium changed the payout system because of complaints about it.

I have never seen a complaint by someone who knew how the banking system worked.

It was always the players who saw that on low level it was easy to win troops and busted their army on higher levels.

They blindly send in everything because they have no cleu what they are doing.

Then they start whining to plarium.

And because of those stupids who dont take the time to investigate and try to figure out the system, the experience players who did know how to play get prodded in the buttocks for it.

I lost all my offense troops during an Experience 14Day event - well, fk me now. You Basterds. I will never play this game after July 1st

I am facing the same problem since 11 June, 2016... i lost my 5500 Za'ams, later 10K diamonds,335 zaam of tournament reward & much more....

still i am unable to get the payout... now what plarium us giving to me is just few units (which is less than a million) & few resources...

this has happened first time to me in the S&D... i have reported many times to plarium along with relevant supporting evidences. Still the problem is not shorted out. I have my production machine on for next 10 days. The reply i am getting from plarium is the game is working properly i should have to try again, payout will come....

i really can't understand how the cost of almost 6000 zaam could be units less then 1 million offence & some resources....

Further they are suggesting to get the help from experienced players to get the idea how S&D works... can someone tell me why & how the payout against lost of almost 6000 zaam (almost 8.5 million Offence) can be only 1 million Offence in return....

I really loosing my interest here now....

doing the top level S&D mission did not reset my bank and at low levels i don't know whats a bank reset payout.

plus all these mini payouts make adding your bank too difficult i work with spreadsheets the last thing i want to do when i get home is do a profit and loss

i'm sorry but you've just made what should be fun too convoluted and there is only one winner PLARIUM

this update was not for the payers benefit its to make money

i will however make a couple of points for the good on offensive missions you can now see entire unit strength and the diversity of unit rewards is better

please keep these bits and go back to the old system

we'll have more fun and like SKATMANSPUD  said above people wont turn off in frustration

Guys, let me clarify some points for you:

1. BG banking system still works as it did before the Update.

2. Small payouts won't replace big payouts, they come as an addition.

3. Small payouts are still payouts, so they are somehow connected to your Bank.

4. The size of a possible payout wasn't changed.

5. The strength of Locations was not changed.

6. We will not change the system back.

7. I have passed your feedback to our developers.

8. If you have any questions or need some clarifications, please ask. 

9. If you didn't receive a single Unit from a Location, there are two reasons:

a) You didn't have any losses on it.

b) You raided this Location before the Update.

But remember that there is some information which I will be unable to share. 

5. The strength of Locations was not changed.

That's a lie. The LvL 90 I attacked would never had 8800 helicoptors, plus the other 10K troops it had.
