I have 4 players in my combine who log in almost every day, participate in every way possible but are listed as "inactive" during the weekly combine challenge. How do we go about changing their status to "active"

It's not a bug though, it happens in my combine as well.
I'd suggest that you wait for sometime, say 30 seconds - 1 minute ( maximum ) ,* only after making the category " Active combine members" > "Points Earned", and then you'll be able to see your members participating.
Yes I see that "bug" happen more than I care to, however, that is not the issue. These four bases ALWAYS show up on the "inactive" list along with the bases that are truly inactive. I am to the point of trying to boot them and then reinstating them to see if that will fix the problem.
