Hello Plarium,
It seems the Hiring Chance X2 feature isn't working properly. We receive reports all over the game, players are wasting their Elite hiring bonds for useless Special Operatives. It isn't X2 chance when less TIer 1 Special Operatives occur compared to when the feature isn't running.
We all believe Plarium should rename this feature to: X2 LESS Hiring Chance

Yeah, luck is a tricky thing, a Plarium thing.
I have got quite alot of Advance hiring bonds.
- My S&D level 28, so no COBRA locations
- I am not in a Combine, so no HQ or Mining Complex
Out of around 20 hiring bonds I have received 4 Tier 2. Nice!!!
Do I have any use of them.
What I have recieved?
- COBRA Activation Ability Chance
- Mining Complex, Defense
- Mining Complex, Offense
- Combine HQ Defense
To me Plarium's random generating is more like a systematic reductions of everything they spam out for free.
And a qualified guess is that Plaruim's x2 (double bond) is less than 5%, more like 2% chance.
