It isn't good business. Nobody wants to pay money to compete in a rigged game with an unlevel playing field. It is getting worse and worse. Plarium is driving off their paying customers. Keep it up, keep being complacent, keep doing nothing, and I will take my business elsewhere. As thousands of customers do the same, Plarium stands to lose millions of dollars anually, and the game will hemorrhage relevance as people stop playing. People pay to play with and against other people, not against bots. There is no shortage of other places to spend my money, places that actually listen to their paying customers. Who pays the bills? Show some respect to your customers, before it is too late for Plarium. Don't do it because it is the right thing to do, do it out of fiscal responsibility. Is this a business, or a playpen? Once you lose me, you will forever lose me as a paying customer. This is becoming tedious, and having to deal with that is NOT fun. People may come and go, but lately, more people are going than coming. Do better, or lose business.

This is a very real scenario without a doubt. I would hope that things would change for the better soon. I've seen lots of players leave the game and I do believe that there are many more to come in the future since things don't seem to be changing at all.

I have written and provided screenshots several times. But Plarium does nothing. They know about this, but why they ignore it is beyond me. I am looking for another game; when I find it, I am gone, and it won't be another Plarium game.

It will not take all the necessary measures, Daria. We have done that several times, some of us. This is not an issue that concerns any of the users here, but the company itself. All you guys need to do is monitor the progress of the combines at major tournaments, and you will realize what we are saying here. You have the tools, and we don't.

Sir if you think issues are not solved correctly you should contact Support again as making posts here on the forum will not contribute in a solution. ONLY Support is able to solve issues like this. Just provide as much evidence as you have.
